- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement effective benefits strategies and policies.
- Communicate with employees to educate them on available benefits options and answer any questions or concerns.
- Process and track enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits plans.
- Work closely with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits to employees.
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and delivery of benefits training and orientation for new employees.
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve benefits processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate and participate in open enrollment activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with finance team to manage and monitor benefits budgets.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the benefits program.
- Provide support for other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including But Not Limited To, Erisa, Cobra, And Hipaa.
Strong Attention To Detail And Excellent Organizational Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
