- Manage and optimize the company's portfolio of payments assets.
- Utilize data and analytics to make strategic decisions regarding the portfolio.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the payments space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and make recommendations for improvements and modifications to the portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions to adjust asset management strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the payments portfolio.
- Continuously seek out ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing the portfolio.
- Mentor and train junior members of the team to improve their knowledge and skills in asset management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the payments division.
- Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to the payments assets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and finance, to ensure alignment and support for overall company goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Strategies
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Management Or Payments Industry
