  1. Manage and optimize the company's portfolio of payments assets.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to make strategic decisions regarding the portfolio.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the payments space.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for growth and profitability.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and make recommendations for improvements and modifications to the portfolio.
  7. Monitor and analyze market conditions to adjust asset management strategies accordingly.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the payments portfolio.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing the portfolio.
  11. Mentor and train junior members of the team to improve their knowledge and skills in asset management.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the payments division.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to the payments assets.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and finance, to ensure alignment and support for overall company goals.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
