- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications used by clients and employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve application performance.
- Monitor and maintain the health and stability of applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, to understand and address their technical needs and concerns.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and support processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical issues in a timely manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Application Support Processes And Methodologies
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python
Experience Working In A Financial Services Industry, Preferably At A Large Organization Like J.p. Morgan Chase & Co.
