  1. Maintain and support critical financial applications and systems for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with applications and systems.
  3. Work closely with business and technology teams to understand and address user needs and concerns.
  4. Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  6. Document and communicate technical processes and procedures.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application support processes.
  9. Respond to and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
  11. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on application support processes and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Application Support, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background In Software Development, Including Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
