Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Lead to join the J.Jill team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, promoting the J.Jill brand, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be the face of the store, leading the team by example, and motivating them to reach their goals.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail sales, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a passion for the J.Jill brand. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and you must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations. If you possess all of these qualities, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales team by example and motivate them to achieve goals.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service and promote the J.Jill brand.
  3. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock.
  5. Provide product information and educate customers on J.Jill merchandise.
  6. Maintain store standards and ensure a neat and tidy shopping environment.
  7. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  8. Train and coach sales associates on customer service and sales techniques.
  9. Prepare reports and analyze sales data to maximize revenue.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
