Job Description

At J.Jill, we are looking for an experienced, driven Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to exceed customers’ expectations.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has a commitment to customer service.The Sales Lead will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, driving sales, and leading by example to the Sales Associates. The Sales Lead will be responsible for training Sales Associates in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and organizational skills.If you have the necessary qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your sales and customer service skills, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a high level of customer service to J.Jill customers.
  2. Drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  3. Lead by example to inspire and motivate the Sales Associates.
  4. Train Sales Associates in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  8. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  9. Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  10. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with store management, staff, and vendors.
