Job Description

As a Sales Lead at J.Jill, you’ll be a passionate advocate for our brand and the go-to expert in the store for our customers. We’re looking for a dynamic team player who can lead by example and bring an upbeat attitude to the store.   1. Provide exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty.
  2. Act as a brand ambassador for J.Jill and ensure customers are informed of current promotions.
  3. Assist in visual merchandising and ensure store display meets brand standards.
  4. Maintain knowledge of products and services to ensure customers are informed and receive the best possible experience.
  5. Lead by example and provide support to store associates.
  6. Monitor store performance and ensure goals are met.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Utilize appropriate sales techniques to drive sales and meet daily goals.
  9. Manage inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly.
  10. Develop relationships with customers and provide personalized shopping experiences.
