We're looking for an experienced Sales Lead to join our team and take our sales efforts to the next level. At J.Jill, we offer our customers a unique retail experience and are looking for a Sales Lead who is passionate about women's fashion and has a proven track record of driving sales and customer loyalty.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the tenacity and drive to make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for exceeding goals. The successful Sales Lead will use their knowledge of fashion trends and sales experience to increase sales and customer loyalty.Qualifications:• 2+ years of retail sales experience• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals• Excellent customer service skills• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate sales team to reach or exceed sales goals
  2. Provide customers with excellent service and build relationships with customers and colleagues
  3. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of sales and customer service standards
  5. Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels
  7. Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales
  8. Train and coach staff on sales techniques and customer service
  9. Create reports to track sales performance
  10. Stay up to date on fashion trends and suggest new products and services to customers.
