Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Lead to join our team at J.Jill! As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales goals while delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will be a leader on the sales floor, inspiring and motivating the team to exceed expectations. At J.Jill, we believe in building a strong team that is focused on delivering the best customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed company goals
  • Monitor sales performance and report results to management
  • Motivate and inspire store associates to exceed sales goals
  • Train associates on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Develop and maintain team morale and strong sense of team identity
  • Lead store associates in creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure store is kept neat and organized and that all products are displayed properly
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Monitor store security and take appropriate action to prevent theft and fraud
