At J.Jill, we are looking for an experienced and motivated sales leader to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for fashion and knows how to maximize sales opportunities.The Sales Lead will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and helping to manage the daily operations of the store. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong organizational ability, and a commitment to excellence.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience and a proven track record of success in customer service. They will possess the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and foster a positive team environment. Responsibilities:

  6. Train and mentor junior sales staff.

  9. Assist with stock management and inventory control.
  10. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
