4. Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
5. Establish customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
6. Monitor shop floor to ensure staff are following company policies and procedures.
7. Balance cash register at the end of each shift.
8. Ensure store is clean and organized to provide a positive shopping experience.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Stay up-to-date on new product arrivals and promotional campaigns.
