The successful candidate should also have a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.To join our team at J.Jill, you must have:• High school diploma or GED• At least one year of retail sales experience• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends• Knowledge of current fashion trends

Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Provide knowledgeable and efficient customer service. • Listen and respond to customer inquiries and needs. • Work with customers to find the best clothing and accessories for their needs. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends. • Provide product information and recommendations. • Assist customers with product selection, purchase, and returns. • Promote J.Jill loyalty program and other special promotions. • Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced and properly displayed. • Maintain a clean and organized store. • Operate cash registers and accurately process payments. • Achieve established individual and store sales goals. • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
