They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inventory replenishment, and making sure that stores are receiving the correct quantities of product.To be successful as an Allocator at J.Jill, you will need to possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of the fashion industry. You should possess strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. We also require at least 2-3 years of experience in an allocation role.
