  1. Develop and implement Workday solutions that align with the company's HR technology strategy and support business objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee all phases of Workday implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday system configurations.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the Workday platform.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to HR and other business stakeholders on Workday capabilities and best practices.
  6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system through regular audits and maintenance.
  7. Stay updated on the latest Workday releases and features, and proactively recommend and implement new functionalities to enhance the overall employee experience.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or bugs, working closely with Workday support as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain system documentation, including design documents, process flows, and training materials.
  10. Mentor and train team members on Workday best practices and procedures.
  11. Stay current on industry and market trends related to HR technology and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed for system integrations or upgrades.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and budgets, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  14. Uphold company policies and procedures related to HR technology and data privacy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Workday Solutions Architect, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations And Upgrades

  • Expertise In Workday Hcm, Including Core Hr, Compensation, Benefits, And Talent Management Modules

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Business Processes And Ability To Design And Configure Solutions To Meet Business Requirements

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
