  1. Design and execute visually appealing and innovative displays that effectively showcase J.Crew's merchandise and brand image.
  2. Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards and objectives.
  3. Ensure all visual displays and in-store signage are maintained and updated regularly to reflect current promotions and trends.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of J.Crew's product offerings, pricing, and promotions to accurately represent them in visual displays.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to make necessary adjustments to visual displays and merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  6. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques to ensure a consistent and cohesive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Effectively communicate with store management and corporate teams regarding visual merchandising updates, needs, and feedback.
  8. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and address any visual or merchandising issues.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies to provide innovative and competitive displays.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety and security procedures.
