4. Take ownership of visual standards and ensure that all displays and merchandising are executed accurately and consistently throughout the store.

10. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with product selection when needed.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention guidelines.
12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with team members and contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.
