  1. Conceptualize and create visually appealing displays that align with the J.Crew brand aesthetic.
  2. Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute window displays, floor sets, and other visual merchandising initiatives.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
  4. Use creativity and innovation to constantly refresh and update displays to keep customers engaged.
  5. Utilize space and product effectively to maximize sales potential and create a visually pleasing store environment.
  6. Ensure all displays and merchandise are properly stocked, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
  7. Communicate with store management to address any issues or concerns related to visual merchandising.
  8. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistency and uphold brand standards.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities for improvement in visual merchandising.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security procedures in the store, including proper handling and care of visual materials and equipment.
