Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to develop and execute creative and visually appealing displays that align with the brand's aesthetic
- Assist in the set-up and maintenance of window displays, store layouts, and in-store promotions
- Ensure that all product displays are presented in a visually appealing and organized manner
- Utilize knowledge of fashion and design trends to curate displays that resonate with the target customer
- Participate in regular store walkthroughs to assess and make necessary adjustments to the visual presentation
- Monitor and maintain stock levels on the sales floor to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store
- Work closely with the store team to ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and priced
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events and visual merchandising updates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor visuals to ensure our displays are relevant and competitive
- Communicate any visual or merchandising needs to the management team in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as adhere to all company safety and security protocols.
Strong Visual Merchandising Skills: A Successful Visual Associate At J.crew Should Possess A Keen Eye For Design And A Strong Understanding Of Visual Merchandising Techniques.
