2. Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
3. Ensure that all displays are in line with the J.Crew brand aesthetic and standards.
4. Maintain and update display areas, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
5. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and incorporate them into display designs.
6. Work with the store team to ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and easy for customers to locate.
7. Assist in the set-up and take-down of window displays and in-store events.
8. Utilize space effectively to maximize product visibility and create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
9. Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments.
10. Communicate with management regarding any display needs or issues.
11. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and answering any questions about displays or products.

13. Maintain knowledge of visual merchandising best practices and implement them in all displays.
14. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
