8. Participate in the set-up and breakdown of special events and promotions, including window displays.
9. Continuously monitor and adjust displays to maximize sales and meet business goals.
10. Assist in training and mentoring new visual associates on display techniques and brand standards.
11. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the J.Crew aesthetic and providing exceptional customer service.
12. Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure all visual needs are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and brand.
14. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets.
