Visual Associate

We’re looking for a Visual Associate to join J.Crew’s team of fashion-savvy professionals! As a Visual Associate, you’ll be responsible for creating a visually captivating store environment to drive customer engagement and sales. We’re looking for someone who has a passion and knowledge of fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and promote product sales
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment
• Support and coach the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer loyalty
• Stay up to date on current fashion trends and ensure products are displayed appropriately
• Assist in receiving and stocking inventory
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of store sales and customer data
