Stock Supervisor

1. Oversee and manage the organization and efficiency of the stockroom.
2. Ensure that all merchandise is properly received, processed, and stocked in a timely manner.
3. Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
4. Coordinate with other team members to ensure that merchandise is easily accessible for customers.
5. Train and supervise stockroom team members on proper stockroom procedures and safety protocols.
6. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom at all times.
7. Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of merchandise.
8. Monitor and report any stock discrepancies or issues to the appropriate parties.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve stockroom operations and efficiency.
10. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting with stock inquiries and requests.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
13. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
14. Collaborate with management to set and achieve stockroom goals.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.
