1. Maintain Organization: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.
2. Receive and Process Deliveries: Receive and process new merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Stock Merchandise: Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked on the sales floor according to company standards.
4. Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and monitoring stock levels to prevent overstock and out-of-stock situations.
5. Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the products being sold and be able to assist customers with any questions or inquiries.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers on the sales floor and restocking sizes or styles as needed.
7. Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining visual displays and implementing any visual changes as directed by management.
8. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
9. Adhere to Safety and Security Protocols: Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent loss and ensure the safety of customers and employees.
10. Efficient Time Management: Prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely and efficient manner to meet daily goals and deadlines.
11. Flexibility: Be willing to assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as cashiering, fitting room assistance, and customer service.

13. Product Maintenance: Keep all merchandise clean, folded, and free of damages, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
