Stock Associate

1. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Organize and maintain stockroom and sales floor, ensuring all products are easy to locate and in good condition.
3. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.
4. Restock merchandise on sales floor and in fitting rooms, following visual merchandising guidelines to maintain a visually appealing store.
5. Assist in floor sets and product placement changes to support the flow of merchandise.
6. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at the register, providing friendly and helpful customer service.
7. Assist customers in locating specific products and sizes, providing product knowledge and styling suggestions.
8. Collaborate with store management team to identify and address any inventory discrepancies or issues.
9. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and ensure a safe working environment.
10. Continuously strive to improve processes and efficiencies in stocking and inventory management.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the J.Crew brand and providing a positive shopping experience for customers.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
13. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any stock or inventory related issues.
14. Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by store management.
