  1. Manage and maintain inventory levels by receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise in a timely manner.
  2. Monitor and track stock levels to ensure adequate product availability on the sales floor.
  3. Assist in the execution of visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall appearance of the store.
  4. Collaborate with store management to identify and address any inventory discrepancies or issues.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized stock room, ensuring all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Assist with processing and fulfilling online orders to meet customer demand.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, while handling merchandise.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new arrivals to provide helpful and accurate information to customers.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest potential improvements to streamline stockroom processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Assist in preparing for and participating in store inventory counts as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Contribute to achieving sales goals by ensuring merchandise is readily available and organized on the sales floor.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the store.
