Stock Associate

As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our stores are fully stocked and organized, providing our customers with the best shopping experience possible. 1. Maintain Store Inventory: The Stock Associate will be responsible for keeping track of all merchandise in the store and ensuring that it is well-stocked at all times.
2. Receive and Process Shipments: The Stock Associate will receive and process all incoming merchandise, checking for accuracy and ensuring that it is properly organized and displayed on the sales floor.
3. Organize and Maintain Stock Room: The Stock Associate will be responsible for keeping the stock room clean, organized, and easily accessible for other team members.
4. Restock Sales Floor: The Stock Associate will regularly restock the sales floor, ensuring that all merchandise is neatly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
5. Merchandise Presentation: The Stock Associate will work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all merchandise is presented in an attractive and visually appealing manner.
6. Assist Customers: The Stock Associate will be available to assist customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions they may have about products.
7. Monitor Inventory Levels: The Stock Associate will monitor inventory levels and alert management when certain items are running low or out of stock.
8. Perform Inventory Audits: The Stock Associate will regularly perform inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
9. Collaborate with Team: The Stock Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
10. Adhere to Company Policies: The Stock Associate will adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
11. Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: The Stock Associate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for themselves and their fellow team members.
12. Continuously Learn and Grow: The Stock Associate will stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to continuously improve their performance.
13. Provide Excellent Customer Service: The Stock Associate will provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
14. Perform Other Duties as Assigned: The Stock Associate may be assigned additional duties
