- Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Organize and maintain the stock room and sales floor according to company standards.
- Collaborate with sales associates to replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Assist in setting up product displays and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and report any damaged or missing items to management.
- Perform regular store walks to identify and address any stock-related issues.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock needs and issues.
- Operate a variety of equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks to move merchandise.
- Participate in company training programs to stay informed on product knowledge and store operations.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items.
- Cross-train in other store positions to provide support as needed.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed daily productivity and efficiency goals.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase stock efficiency.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
