- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management.
- Keep sales floor fully stocked and presentable at all times.
- Assist in setting up displays and merchandising according to company standards.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure merchandise is readily available for customer needs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Check and price merchandise accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all merchandise is labeled correctly and in good condition before being placed on the sales floor.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in processing online orders and fulfilling customer purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and locating merchandise.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.

Experience In Retail Or Inventory Management: A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Inventory Management Is Essential For A Stock Associate At J.crew. Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Fashion Industry, Is Highly Valued.
