Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Associate - Product Operations, Systems to join the J.Crew team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-skilled, motivated, and organized individual to play a critical role in the operations of our product systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of product operations.The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with an eye for detail and excellent communication and organizational skills. They will have an aptitude for developing and delivering innovative solutions to product operations challenges. They must possess a strong technical background, with experience in a systems-related role, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The Senior Associate - Product Operations, Systems will leverage their expertise in systems and operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of J.Crew’s products. As a key member of our Operations team, they will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and systems to improve product operations. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual who will bring their enthusiasm, energy, and creativity to this role. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• 5+ years of experience in a systems-related role• Proven aptitude for developing systems solutions to business problems• Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a timely manner• Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve product operations.
  2. Leverage expertise in systems and operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of J.Crew’s products.
  3. Solve product operations challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  4. Maintain a high level of communication and organizational skills.
  5. Monitor progress of projects in a timely manner and ensure successful completion.
  6. Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Assist in the development of new systems and processes.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of product operations initiatives.
  9. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
