  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service by understanding and meeting the needs and preferences of each individual customer.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit and accessories by utilizing knowledge of current fashion trends and J.Crew products.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  5. Utilize strong sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals.
  6. Educate customers about J.Crew's products, policies, and services.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising products.
  8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  11. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in meetings, trainings, and promotions.
  12. Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
  13. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Uphold the J.Crew brand image by presenting a polished and professional appearance.
