6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising products.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
8. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide the best shopping experience for customers.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
10. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
11. Participate in training and development programs to improve sales and customer service skills.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
13. Maintain a positive and professional image at all times, representing the J.Crew brand.
