
Regional Loss Prevention Manager

- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and policies for designated region in line with company objectives and values.
- Monitor and analyze store and employee performance data to identify potential loss prevention risks and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of stores to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and educate store managers and employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures to minimize risk and promote a safe and secure working environment.
- Investigate and resolve any reported incidents or cases of theft, fraud, or other loss-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to mitigate loss and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to support loss prevention efforts.
- Manage and maintain budgets for loss prevention initiatives, including equipment and training expenses.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on loss prevention activities and results.
- Lead and mentor a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, ensuring consistency and accountability across all stores in the region.
- Conduct investigations into any potential compliance violations or ethical concerns, and take appropriate action as needed.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to loss prevention, including court appearances and depositions.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the company at all times, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Systems, Inventory Control, And Investigations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team.
Experience With Budget Management And The Ability To Analyze Data To Identify Trends And Develop Strategies For Reducing Loss.
