  1. Develop and implement real estate strategies to support the growth and expansion of J.Crew stores.
  2. Identify and secure prime real estate locations for new store openings and negotiate favorable lease terms.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends in the real estate market.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful real estate transactions.
  5. Create and manage a real estate portfolio, ensuring all properties are meeting company standards and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain a budget for real estate expenses and negotiate cost-effective deals.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, legal, and construction, to ensure timely and efficient execution of real estate projects.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform real estate decisions.
  9. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on real estate activities and progress.
  10. Oversee the due diligence process for potential real estate acquisitions and manage any necessary zoning or permitting processes.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of local and national real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  13. Represent J.Crew at industry events and network with other real estate professionals to build and maintain relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills And Ability To Analyze Lease Agreements And Financial Data.

  • Strong Understanding Of Local Real Estate Market Trends And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Portfolio Of Properties And Achieving Cost Savings For The Company.
