Merchant - Men's Factory

We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused Merchant to join the Men’s Factory at J.Crew! As our Merchant, you’ll be the driving force behind the product development and design of our men’s Factory product assortment. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle, from concept to customer, and you’ll collaborate closely with our design team to bring the latest fashion trends to life.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a deep understanding of the men’s apparel industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a creative eye for fashion. You should also have a strong background in trend forecasting and merchandising, as well as the ability to build relationships with vendors.Are you ready to bring J.Crew’s men’s Factory product to life?
