Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  4. Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and replacements.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work.
  6. Monitor inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
  7. Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to improve maintenance processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and external partners to provide updates, report issues, and request support.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and ensure consistency in maintenance processes.
  11. Continuously track and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  13. Stay updated on the organization's goals and objectives to align maintenance activities with overall business objectives.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  15. Participate in meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions for improving maintenance processes and operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Maintenance Planning And Scheduling: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Maintenance Systems And Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Maintenance Systems And Processes, Such As Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Management, And Inventory Control.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: The Role Of A Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Requires Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills To Ensure That All Maintenance Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Time.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Manuals: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Technical Drawings And Manuals To Accurately Plan And Schedule Maintenance Tasks.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Will Work Closely With Maintenance Teams, As Well As Other Departments, To Coordinate And Schedule Maintenance Tasks. Therefore, Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential For This Role.
