  1. Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies and policies for the 2nd shift at J.Crew.
  2. Monitor and analyze store operations to identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to prevent loss.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Train and mentor loss prevention team members to effectively identify and respond to suspicious behavior or activities.
  5. Collaborate with store managers and other departments to create a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
  6. Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other violations and take appropriate actions to resolve and prevent future occurrences.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all loss prevention activities and incidents, and report findings to upper management.
  8. Stay updated on current industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Communicate effectively with store staff and external partners to promote loss prevention awareness and ensure a cohesive approach to security.
  10. Handle escalated situations with professionalism and discretion, while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  11. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and participate in court proceedings as needed.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.
  13. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct, and act as a role model for the loss prevention team.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Loss Prevention Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Control, And Theft Prevention.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Supervise And Train A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Store Management, Employees, And Customers.

  • Ability To Work Second Shift Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Ensure Coverage During High-Risk Times.
