9. Stay up to date on industry best practices and new technologies in loss prevention, and make recommendations for improving the company's security strategies.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to and resolving any security-related concerns or issues from employees and customers.
11. Work closely with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed to address security concerns and assist with investigations.
12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information related to security investigations.
13. Collaborate with other loss prevention team members and participate in cross-training and development opportunities.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws related to security and loss prevention.
