  1. Monitor store entrances and exits to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  2. Conduct regular patrols of the sales floor to identify any potential security risks or suspicious activity.
  3. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security procedures and policies.
  4. Train and educate store staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
  5. Investigate any incidents of theft or loss and work with law enforcement when necessary.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security incidents and follow up on any necessary actions.
  7. Monitor and review security footage to identify and prevent theft and other security breaches.
  8. Conduct inventory audits to identify any discrepancies or losses.
  9. Work with external partners, such as security companies, to ensure the safety and security of the store.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
  11. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address any security concerns or issues.
  12. Assist with store opening and closing procedures to ensure the security of the store and its merchandise.
  13. Handle any emergency situations, such as medical incidents or accidents, in a calm and efficient manner.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to security incidents.
  15. Continuously assess and improve security measures to prevent future losses and maintain a safe environment for all.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Security: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Loss Prevention Or Retail Security, Including Knowledge Of Store Security Systems And Procedures.
