- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations of any reported incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, investigations, and security-related activities.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations or alarms.
- Work closely with law enforcement and legal teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
- Conduct audits and perform inventory checks to identify and prevent inventory shrinkage.

Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Procedures: A Successful Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Principles And Methods Used In Loss Prevention, Such As Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Control, And Internal Investigations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Store Employees, And Law Enforcement Is Crucial In This Role. A Loss Prevention Representative Must Be Able To Diffuse Tense Situations And Build Relationships With Team Members.
