Loss Prevention Representative

5. Investigate and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or policy violations to the appropriate authorities.
6. Conduct thorough investigations of internal and external theft and fraud incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports.
7. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute perpetrators of theft and fraud.
8. Maintain accurate records of all loss prevention activities, including incident reports, investigations, and training documentation.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention, and make recommendations for improvement to enhance overall store security.
10. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees, and provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of work.
12. Handle confidential information with discretion, and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention investigations and procedures.
