  1. Monitor and enforce all loss prevention policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the store and its assets.
  2. Conduct routine audits and investigations to identify any potential loss or fraudulent activity.
  3. Collaborate with store management and other team members to implement loss prevention strategies and initiatives.
  4. Utilize surveillance equipment and technology to identify and prevent theft and other security threats.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and employees to promote a safe and secure shopping environment.
  6. Identify and report any safety hazards or potential security breaches to the appropriate parties.
  7. Train and educate store team members on loss prevention best practices and procedures.
  8. Work closely with law enforcement and legal teams as needed to resolve any incidents or issues.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques to continuously improve the company's security measures.
