  1. Monitor and patrol the store to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other potential risks.
  2. Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to monitor store activity and identify any suspicious behavior.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into any reported incidents or suspicious activities, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
  4. Collaborate with store management and other team members to implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all incidents and report findings to store management and corporate security teams.
  6. Conduct regular audits of inventory and cash handling procedures to identify any discrepancies or potential losses.
  7. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
  8. Remain up-to-date on current trends and methods used by criminals to commit theft and fraud, and implement preventative measures accordingly.
  9. Communicate effectively with local law enforcement and cooperate with any investigations or legal proceedings.
  10. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while interacting with customers and employees to promote a safe and secure shopping environment.
  11. Conduct regular safety and security assessments of the store to identify any potential risks and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergency situations, including natural disasters or medical emergencies.
  13. Attend regular training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
  15. Assist with any other duties assigned by store management or corporate security teams.
