As the leader of our BI team, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving data-driven decision making across the organization.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of J.Crew's business objectives and data needs.
  2. Lead the design, development, and implementation of our business intelligence solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
  4. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
  5. Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision making.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of BI developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
  7. Stay updated on the latest BI tools and techniques and make recommendations for their implementation.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  9. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  10. Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data security and privacy standards are met.
  11. Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of our BI solutions.
  13. Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to promote self-service analytics.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the organization on best practices for data analysis and reporting.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the BI team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Intelligence Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Proficient In Sql, Etl Tools, Data Warehousing, And Data Modeling.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Technical Solutions.

  • Experience With Bi Reporting Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Microstrategy.
