Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful project delivery, including project objectives, timelines, and budget.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, timelines, and budget.
3. Track and report progress to key stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
4. Identify and resolve any project risks or issues in a timely manner.
5. Develop and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Lead regular project meetings to review progress and ensure the team is on track.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the technical infrastructure of J.Crew.
8. Act as a leader and mentor to junior project management staff.
9. Monitor project performance and provide feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
10. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to the finance team.
