3. Respond to and prioritize work orders and maintenance requests from store managers and staff.
4. Troubleshoot and repair any facilities or equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for necessary supplies and equipment.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
9. Communicate with store management and staff regarding any maintenance or safety concerns.
10. Assist with the setup and breakdown of in-store events and promotions.
11. Serve as the point of contact for any emergency maintenance situations.
12. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in facilities and maintenance management.
13. Train and mentor new facilities and maintenance team members.
14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience in regards to store facilities.
