- Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing plumbing or electrical issues, and addressing any other minor repairs as needed.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for more complex maintenance and repair projects.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including costs, materials used, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for regular maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing functionality and cleanliness of the store.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from store managers or employees.
- Proactively identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Ensure that all store facilities are in compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance and repair work.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and employees to keep them informed of any maintenance or repair work being done in the store.
- Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks simultaneously, completing them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the condition of store facilities, making recommendations for improvements or updates as needed.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on best practices for facility maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and maintenance.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times while performing maintenance and repair work in the stores.
Experience In Building Maintenance And Repair: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Building Maintenance And Repair, With A Strong Knowledge Of Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Carpentry Systems.
