
Facilities & Maintenance Specialist

- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of all J.Crew facilities to ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement plans for preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the ongoing functionality and safety of all facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including scheduling and supervising contractors and vendors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any facility-related issues, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including costs and timelines.
- Collaborate with store managers and other department heads to address any facility-related concerns or needs.
- Manage and prioritize work orders and service requests from stores, offices, and warehouses.
- Monitor and manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular safety training for employees and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall functionality and appearance of J.Crew facilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in facility management and maintenance.
- Ensure all facilities are in compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Oversee and manage budgets for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all team members and external partners.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and customer service within the facilities and maintenance team.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: The First Qualification For A Facilities & Maintenance Specialist Job At J.crew Is A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Comprehend Instructions And Manuals Related To Maintenance And Facilities Tasks.
