Facilities & Maintenance Specialist

1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all J.Crew store locations to ensure they are in top condition for customers and employees.
2. Conduct routine inspections of store facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate with store managers and other team members to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to business operations.
4. Handle emergency repairs and troubleshoot any issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Maintain and update maintenance logs, work orders, and other necessary documentation to track and record all maintenance activities.
6. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes, schedule repairs or installations, and ensure work is completed to J.Crew's standards.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and efficiencies in maintenance operations.
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees by ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Train and mentor new maintenance team members and provide support and guidance as needed.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities and maintenance to continuously improve processes and procedures at J.Crew.
