Facilities & Maintenance Specialist

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Respond to and resolve any facilities or maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for larger maintenance projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and address them promptly
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain a schedule for regular maintenance tasks and track completion
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities and equipment meet their specific needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facilities and maintenance management.
Experience In Building Maintenance And Repair: This Job Requires Knowledge And Experience In Maintaining And Repairing Various Building Systems, Such As Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Structural.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Facilities & Maintenance Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Facility Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think On Your Feet.
