Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing Engineering Teams In An Ecommerce Or Retail Environment.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Ecommerce Platforms, Such As Magento Or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Meet Project Deadlines And Deliver High-Quality Products.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
